What are your hours? What if I call after hours?
Our office is open 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Urgent, non-emergency calls are returned as soon as possible. After hours,
messages are checked periodically and returned as quickly as we can. For anything urgent or unsafe, please use the emergency resources above.
Do you offer in-person visits, telehealth, or both?
Both, depending on the provider. Dr. Sheldon Brown sees patients in person in Dublin and Milledgeville. Dr. John Bocock sees patients primarily by telehealth. Between them, the practice can see patients located in Georgia and North Carolina.
Please note: due to a non-compete agreement, Dr. Brown is currently unable to see patients within a 30-mile radius of Warner Robins for a limited period. If this affects you, our staff can help you find the right option.
