Board-Certified Psychiatrists Serving Middle Georgia

Personalized Psychiatric Care

Who We Help

Nourish Mind & Body offers whole-person psychiatric care that integrates mind, body, and nutrition — because you are more than a diagnosis. We unify psychiatric treatment with physical health and nutrition factors to support stability, healing, and long-term thriving.

We provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and individualized treatment planning through telehealth and in-person visits.

We work with adults and children/teens (with parent/guardian involvement), supporting patients with symptoms that interfere with daily functioning, relationships, school/work, and overall well-being.

Our Approach

Our approach is full-circle: we consider how the mind affects the body, how the body affects the mind, and how nutrition influences psychiatric health — because you are a complex whole person, not a diagnosis label. Nourish Mind & Body provides outpatient psychiatric care for adults in Middle Georgia, office located in Dublin Georgia. The practice uses a patient-centered, individualized, evidence-informed, and trauma-informed approach.

Care will consider the relationship among mental health, physical health, sleep, stress, lifestyle, and nutrition when clinically relevant to treatment planning. We provide care that supports growth at every stage.

Telehealth and in-person visit options are confirmed during scheduling and intake.
